Through our work in the community, we’ve had the pleasure and privilege to work with a huge variety of organizations. Here are some of the things they are saying about our work.
Tinker Truck embodies the spirit of professionalism without missing out on any of the fun! Cam and his team have an advanced understanding of how events work, how to maximize resources, and how to ensure your audience has the greatest experience possible. With their mobile maker lab Tinker Truck provides great learning and exploring opportunities for children or those of us who have gotten a little older but are still young at heart. Whether you’re 6 years old, or 60, you’ll have a great time making things.

We were extremely happy with the programming Tinker Truck provided to Playfit Kids Club! The projects kept the kids engaged and they had a great time doing them. Most importantly, Cam did an amazing job facilitating the program and interacting with the kids. The feedback we received from parents and participants was excellent. We look forward to working with Cam and Tinker Truck again very soon!

The MINDFUL MURAL was a gigantic hit last night at our ArtNight!!!! It was perfect for our event. It took almost exactly the ideal amount of time…literally as the evening was wrapping up, the last tile was being completed. I don’t think we missed a single tile being handed in because the mural board as it is set up with samples was very intriguing to the kids and everyone wanted to be a part of it…..easy to instruct and easy to run. Thank you, thank you, thank you….It was so fun to see the tiles being handed in with all the creative ways/colours/approaches the kids (and parents) had to completing them. It was fun for all ages really.

Cam’s unending passion and deep knowledge of utilizing maker principles in education was essential to opening The Underground Studio at THEMUSEUM. From preparing an exhaustive list of renovation requirements to ensure that all makers were accommodated for within the space, to generating ideas for programming streams meant to inspire and stimulate our audiences, Cam’s vision will shape our space’s success for many years to come. His mentorship and leadership skills have benefited my personal development, with his considerable experience and willingness to explore new ideas an inspiration. Cam also possesses a very keen attention to detail and his project management skills helped coordinate resources together effectively. We are incredibly fortunate as an organization that he decided to share his vision with THEMUSEUM, and look forward to any future collaborations with this leader of our local Maker community.
