Tinker Truck has adapted many of our summer camp, school and birthday programs into giant stations that can engage hundreds of people at a time. We have our own tents, tables, extension cords and all other support equipment. If you're an event organizer and you want a marquee activity to draw in people off the street, Tinker Truck has lots of options for you!

Lineups suck. We work very hard to design our programs, layout and flow to minimize even the smallest lines within our space. We can scale our programs to support and interact with hundreds of people per hour if required. Talk to us about your needs and goals.

Logistics and Preparedness

Organizers know that outdoor events are entirely dependent upon the weather. At Tinker Truck we provide all of our own contingency planning. We have tents for either rain or sun shelter, our own tables, extension cords, hoses, and chairs. Inviting us to your event is as simple as showing us where to set up and when. Our team takes care of the rest.

To FREE or not to FREE?

Some event planners want us to show up and run a free-to-the-guests activity that keeps them engaged, smiling and creative. However, sometimes event planners would prefer that we charge the guests directly for their participation. At Tinker Truck we're flexible and can handle just about any event configuration you require.

* Our hourly rate depends entirely on the selected activity, the duration of the event and how many people you require Tinker Truck to interact with per hour -- without lines. We rarely work for "exposure-only" events if we can't at least charge guests enough to cover our materials costs. However, it never hurts to ask :).
